We are happy to report that our recent Southern recording excursion has been a great success. Thanks to Doug Easley and Dave (from the New Mary Jane) for making us feel so welcome in Memphis. In just 3 days we managed to: play a show, visit "The King," dine on some amazing barbeque, and come up with some solid sounds for 9 new Schwervon! songs. Just a bit more spit and polish and they'll be fully suitable for public consumption. A BIG THANKS to our Tour Manager/Parkour Consultant: Joao and all the kind people who came out to see us. Hope to see y'all again soon.

Things are just not hot enough for us in NYC this summer so Schwervon! is happy to announce that we will be taking a little trip down south to record with legendary sound engineer/ producer Doug Easley (Sonic Youth, Pavement, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion) in Memphis, Tennessee. We've decided to play some shows on our way down there and back.
